Insurance & Payment
Posture & Performance PT operates as an out-of-network, cash-based physical therapy practice. Payment is collected at the time of service, allowing for a seamless and transparent experience.
While we do not bill insurance directly, many clients choose to pursue out-of-network reimbursement. We provide a detailed superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement based on your plan. Due to insurance requirements maintenance packages are not eligible for superbills.
HSA and FSA funds are typically accepted for physical therapy services.

At Posture & Performance PT, care is intentionally designed to be highly individualized, comprehensive, and collaborative—so you can achieve lasting results, not temporary relief.
1:1 Individualized Care
Every session is dedicated entirely to you. Your evaluation, treatment, and progression are all performed one-on-one with your physical therapist, allowing for a level of attention, precision, and continuity that is rarely found in traditional settings.A Root-Cause, Whole-Body Approach
We look beyond symptoms to identify and address the true source of dysfunction. By considering how the entire body works together—movement patterns, posture, breathing, and compensation—we create treatment plans that resolve issues at their origin and support long-term performance.Direct Access to Your Therapist
Your care doesn’t stop when you leave the clinic. We provide ongoing access to your therapist for questions, guidance, and support between sessions, ensuring you stay on track and confident in your plan.Collaborative, Integrated Care
When appropriate, we coordinate with other healthcare providers and complementary therapies to ensure your care is cohesive and complete. Whether it’s working alongside physicians, dentists, trainers, or other specialists, our goal is to support your health from every angle. -
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

Our pricing model is designed to be straightforward, transparent, and aligned with long-term results.
We offer clearly defined rates for both evaluations and treatment sessions, so you always know the cost of your care in advance—no hidden fees or unexpected charges.
For clients who value consistency and prevention, we also offer reduced-rate packages for ongoing maintenance care. These are ideal for individuals who want to check in on a monthly basis, reinforce progress, and avoid slipping back into movement patterns that may predispose them to injury.
This approach allows you to choose the level of care that best supports your goals—whether you’re addressing a current issue or investing in long-term performance and resilience.

In North Carolina, you do not need a physician referral to begin physical therapy. Thanks to direct access, you can schedule an evaluation at Posture & Performance PT and start care right away.
If your condition falls outside the scope of physical therapy or would benefit from additional medical insight, we will guide you accordingly and coordinate with the appropriate provider. When needed, we collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure your care remains comprehensive, connected, and aligned with your goals.
This approach allows you to begin promptly while still having the support of a broader care team when it’s beneficial.

Scheduling at Posture & Performance PT is very different from high volume, insurance driven clinics. Following your evaluation we will discuss your individual needs. We usually recommend weekly follow up to ensure sufficient proficiency with the exercises and your bodies response to treatment.
As your movement patterns improve and become more consistent, visit frequency can be gradually reduced to a biweekly schedule.
From there, many clients choose to transition into a monthly maintenance plan—an intentional check-in to reinforce healthy patterns, support long-term progress, and ensure you’re not gradually returning to habits that may predispose you to pain or injury.

We maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure continuity of care and availability for all clients. If you need to adjust your appointment, please reschedule online or reach out by phone, text, or email as soon as possible so we can support your progress and offer that time to another client if needed.
We understand that unexpected situations arise; however, appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incure a $40 fee unless they are rescheduled within the same business week. When availability allows, we will do our best to accommodate a same-week reschedule to keep your care consistent and help you avoid the fee.
